【Self Check-In】
Guests can anytime after 3:00PM, checkout time at 12PM, key collection at the mailbox. The guide line will be send to you one day before your check in date. Kindly provide us your whatapps number.

【Directions from Airport:】
• The best way is to take a GRAB car from the airport
• Cost is RM65 excluding toll fare
• To use Grab, you’ll need to download the GRAB app from iOS App Store or Play Store
• Key in your pick up location (KLIA door 1, 2, etc) and your destination enter “Highpark Suite”
• It will take approximately 45 – 60 minutes to reach the grand lobby of the apartment
【Access Card】
Two (2) access cards are provided. There will be RM 150 charges if one of it gone missing.
【2 Side by Side Parkings】
– Guest required to drive all the way to level 3 after gotten the key from lockbox beside the guard
– After parking, guest required to walk to lift lobby and take lift to the unit
【Visitor Parking】
-For visitor, you may park at the basement which required to take parking ticket (Charge by hour)
【Long Stay Electricity Usage】
– For long term stay (28 days and above), the Host will only absorb up to RM400 monthly electricity & water bills. The guest shall bear the extra charges above RM400(if any).
