【Self Check-In】
Guests can anytime after 3:00PM, checkout time at 12PM, key collection at the mailbox. The guide line will be send to you one day before your check in date. Kindly provide us your whatapps number.

【Directions from Airport:】
• The best way is to take a GRAB car from the airport
• Cost is RM65 excluding toll fare
• To use Grab, you’ll need to download the GRAB app from iOS App Store or Play Store
• Key in your pick up location (KLIA door 1, 2, etc) and your destination enter “Lumi Tropicana”
• It will take approximately 45 – 60 minutes to reach the grand lobby of the apartment

– Guest required to drive all the way to level 1 after gotten the key from mailbox

– After parking, guest required to go up to level G first, take the link bridge to residence block, therefore some walking is required

【Visitor Parking】
-For parking, guest required to drive up to Level 1 and park at the actual parking mentioned by the security guard

【Long Stay Electricity Usage】
For stay-duration of a week or above, guests are responsible keeping electricity usage at befitting (10kWh) per day. By exceeding the usage, guests are required to pay the extra amount exceeding and host has the rights to request the extra charges.
